Thank you for choosing FYX DESIGNS. As a small business committed to quality craftsmanship and performance products, we stand behind every item we sell. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

By placing an order with FYX DESIGNS, you acknowledge that all purchases are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Orders may only be canceled if requested before they have been processed or shipped.

In the event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with sufficient proof. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if requested before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled and is considered final.

Product Responsibility

By purchasing from FYX DESIGNS, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:

  • Verifying product compatibility prior to purchase

  • Proper installation of the product

  • Safe and intended use

FYX DESIGNS is not liable for any damage, injury, or product failure resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification.

Shipping & Delivery

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, FYX DESIGNS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please email fyxdesigns25@gmail.com with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number and description of the issue

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or outside the 24-hour window may be denied.

If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact FYX DESIGNS directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks will be disputed using all available order, payment, and delivery documentation.
